Drive rev undetermined, Aborting!

I cant seem to get JF or windows to detect the drive although it is displayed correctly under the port properties? Im also not sure of this drive's history so i dont know if its stock or Ixtreme? I dont have a PSU to hand to power the console and test with a back up sadly

Any help would be great

Cheers

Tom

im assuming you checked all this in jungleflasher tut evilmethod666 seen as its not you first post ...
VIA users with no drivers, must utilise the PortIO option you will not be assigned a drive letter in windows with no drivers!!! – You can still dump/flash the drive – it just will NOT SHOW UP IN THE DRIVE LIST! To enable PortIO usage, check VIA Ports Only under DVDKey32 tab (you must have drivers correctly removed!)

Not installing VIA drives IS NOT the same as removing them, JF will not enable portIO on status 28
39 = drivers couldnt be loaded
28 = drivers are not installed

Have a look in >> JungleFlasher Troubleshooting Guide (http://jungleflasher.net/files/TroubleShooting.pdf) Hitachi drives can be a bitch when they want to be....

Via drivers are correctly uninstalled as per JF instructions and i have via ports only ticked and i am using port IO PC has been used to flash Lite ons, samsung and benq before without issue? I have also tried all the sata ports on my VIA card?

I have tried flashing on another PC i wouldnt normally use and have managed to get the key and restore the drive to stock but when i try to use the flash option LT Plus i am back to square one?
