Before You Post:

1. DO A SEARCH to see if someone has posted the problem before and whether it has been solved.
2. POST IN THE CORRECT FORUM. It is a complete waste of your time and our time if you post in the wrong place.
3. BE PATIENT. You will be helped by someone in good time. These forums are used by Xecuter product users who will be happy to help you but it is not their job to so be friendly and polite. Xecuter themselves try to answer questions when they have time but it is not very often so do not expect a response from the Team directly.
4. DO NOT HI-JACK THREADS with off topic questions. If you have a question that has not been answered before create your own thread.
5. DO NOT BE OFFENDED if you are ignored or if your post is deleted as the result of not following any of the above information.

Note:

If you ignore any of these simple requests then your post will probably be ignored and most likely will be deleted. If you are persistent in ignoring these simple requests then you will just be banned from the forums. We are not asking too much here.
