I should also add that import taxes are absolutely nothing to do with the company that you purchase from.
The info about the taxes is because its the 50% of the whole cost, this means the taxes refer to the price of the whole package (even that wich doesn't came with the shippment and i have already buyed, - or payed at least). My doubt/fear it's if i should have to pay it again.
Order number is #8999, anyway the email i send to them contain this data. I hope someone here could do something with that info.

I ordered an unlocked PCB from xconsoles July 23 but I still have not received it. I called them as well but no one gave me a call back. The tracking page has been showing, "Shipment Accepted" for the past 3 weeks. My order id is #11095.
I am extremely frustrated at this point. It's been more than three weeks!
We have received no other correspondence from you via email or telephone as far as im aware (I see no emails regarding 11095). We do however receive many messages when it is out of office hours but the customer rarely leaves a name or order number so we are unable to follow up.

If the USPS has lost your parcel then of course this is the fault of the USPS and not XCONSOLES. We will submit a claim (we pay for insurance on ALL parcels valued over $50) and then can send you another board or refund you in full.

All shipments are weighed so we can ensure that if a customer claims items are missing we can cross check the weight of the package at each stage to check if anything was stolen from the package and at what stage of its journey - it helps our claims process.

I actually have called in the past about this order and emailed (1.5 weeks ago) and they said that they would start a claim with USPS and call me back ASAP about the order. However, I have not received any calls/emails. Also I have tried calling at least 4-5 times last week and once today, but no one ever picks up the phone. I understand that X-consoles has shipped the package and is under USPS but even after calling USPS, they said the package is still in Virginia where it was picked up from.
I don't want my money back as I fully trust X-consoles but I would definitely want it back if something is not done about this.
