How to tell if Liteon DG-16D4S is MXIC or Winbond SPI

Can you all post your results of Serial Number and Jungle Flasher results - so we can be sure that this is a 100% method of detection.

You can also connect the board to JungleFlasher - enter Vendor mode to get a 100% answer.

Edit: Ok - did something change here? My comment obviously makes no sense now;).

can confirm i have 05 and shows as winbond in jungle flasher

03 is mxic here.

It's 100% confirmed here, the number 5 is an unlucky number for me.

i have a 05 winbond i havent connected it to jf as of yet because im a noob guys sorry lol but any way i need some help i have updated to the 2.0.13599.0 Dash and i havent flashed my 9504 as of yet, but due to having to buy a tx pcb what would i have to do with the previous one inside my slim drive, i.e would i have to connect it up to jf and get all details if so please help. thanks in advance guys im willing to give you the thanks

i would like to try not to get flagged in anyway really if possible mate, i appreciate the help also, do i have to get the pcb or is it best to wait for a winbond version of of the spi unlock kit?

Did my Slim 9504 Drive. It had 03 on it which indeed was MXIC
