i think i killed the drive
i was trying to power up the xbox but the power connector kept going loose for 3 or 4 times then i lost the drive coz i didnt get any response or even open/close command on it and 360lizard is giving a 0x72 7f error
is this drive dead ?
can it be fixed ?
can i fix it by myself ?
or i should go and buy a new drive or pcb board ?
i was going for kamikaze method when this problem occurred
please advice
my drive is a philips lite-on DG-16D4S 401

Very strange person looks like you just joined to ask for help with a competitor product. Well that part aside i think its only fare to give you the best advice possible. Go to there site and ask on there forums for further support or purchase TX products and get all the support you could ever need.

I haven't used the Lizard (and you won't receive much (if any) support for it here), try sending an Intro command to the drive.

Re: i think i killed the drive
was it your fault or a shotty connector that cause you to loose power? Either way you need to read the forum rules and then get the best equipment in the business and here's a hint the lizard isn't even close.Cog
ps...stay away from the kamikaze method until you are more experienced or the drive will be toast.Last edited by cog68; 3rd December 11 at 04:33.

Re: i think i killed the drive
This is a xecuter product support forum.
Your talking about lizard and ****. neither of these two are xecuter products.
You have two options.
1. Buy the right xecuter tools and we can support you.
2. Give the drive to a professional and ask them yo do it. hopefully you haven't already damaged the drive.
Id go with option 2 if I was you.
This thread is now closed. send me a pm when if you buy some xecuter products and I'll open it again ance we can support you.
Do not start a new thread on this topic. thanks.I Do Not Offer or Provide Support via Private Messaging
