X360 usb pro

arrived today brand new and i went to plug it in and my laptop wont detect it, LD6 (PORTIO) is red and the green power light is on. in device manager its showing up a unknown device, the switch is turned off. any suggestions?

Try using the AUX power cable supplied with it.

Tried that, when JF isnt open i have 2 solid GREEN lights and a BLUE flashing light?. on JF i have also tried using it as "USB only" but still doesnt work. what colour lights should be on when Jf is open? Thanks

Try installing drivers for x360 pro. You'll find how to do it in tutorials
