Ck3 Pro Eject button

Hi, my CK3 Pro eject button has snapped, am I able to get it fixed somehow?

What part snapped? Is it just the top plastic piece or the whole thing? Can you post a picture?

hi mate
its a simple 6 pin switch
if your ok with soldering
desolder it and try maplins or farnells
they should have a replacement

failing that see what the pads do
it may be a simple thing like one side is GND and the other is the EJECT pins
in this case you could just solder any simple switch in there.

I can fix it myself, but if it has warranty i'd like it fixing using that. I don't want to mess anything up you see.

ok if u look at my pic i just took
its the bottom right 2 pins that control the eject switch
guys who built this will be around here so im sure they will rectify me if im incorrect but i just used my multi meter and only them 2 pins beeped out when pressing the button

Cheers Dave for going to the trouble testing, I would fix it but I'd prefer to get the people who made it to fix it rather than me. They have a better understanding of it.

Anyone else? Who can I contact for more information on getting this repaired?

Does it matter when I purchased it? I thought all TX products have lifetime warranty?
