JF problem
Hi...
i am having a problem with JF and i googled alot with no luck
when i run it as administrator, it says
"all in one flash utility for 360 drives has stopped working"
i have tried
1) running it in safe mode
2) uninstalling it then installing one more time
3)downloading the latest .Net framwork 4.0
4)trying a different version of JF
and all brought to nothing
any help would be appreciated
thanks

Re: JF problem
It's possible your JF got corrupted, Completely delete it, Redownload it, And make sure libusb0.dll is in the root of the folder you extract it to. Did it just start doing this or has it always been this way?

Re: JF problem
Are the files you deleted by chance still in your recycle bin?, If so you can restore them and then tell what they were.

Re: JF problem
I have not ever had an issue like this before, So it's really difficult to tell what you did, Where were the files located and why did you delete them?, Also it's possible you deleted some system files, You can try to restore the system files, Open a CMD prompt as administrator and type sfc /scannow. As a last resort reinstall the OS.
Edit: What A/V are you using?, Try disabling it.Last edited by Fisticuffs; 12th April 12 at 08:34.

Re: JF problem

Re: JF problem
Have you rebooted the PC since running the CMD?, Also I have all the latest updates, And I'm using win 7 x64 and JF works just fine. But try what Justice said, Try system restore, You should have restore points even if it's a new PC, Hit start key, Type restore in the search bar, Click restore, Click choose a different restore point, Then tick show more restore points, Then next, You should have something in there unless you have it turned off, If not reinstall the os, If it's pos oem system like Dell or Hp, They usually have a recovery partition to reinstall the operating system, *Usually* the F10 key on boot. But each system is different. So you might have to google the procedure on how to do it. Unless you have the disk.

Re: JF problem
download .NET framework 4 (the latest for windows), then run windows update
download any .NET updates you can, then reboot
that should solve the issue
