J-Runner will take care of those bad blocks for you before the ECC image is built - proceed with NAND dumping until you get two matching dumps (J-Runner will notify you if they match) and you are good to go.

OP - why not read up on what bad blocks are rather than fretting over them?

I'm not 100% convinced that J-Runner is dealing with bad blocks in the first 50 blocks.

OP - read my sticky on bad block management for ECC area.

As Blakey says, pics would be useful.

What commands did you use to remap?

first i copy nanddump.bin into nandpro folder and renamed to nandecc.bin
after that i copy ecc file in to nandrpo folder
    then Nandpro nandecc.bin: +w64 image_ecc.ecc
    then Nandpro nandecc.bin: -r64 bb1.bin 1B 1
    then Nandpro usb: -w64 bb1.bin FF8

i have done as per your tut http://www.team-xecuter.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=76014

Images of your wiring would help us - have you programmed your CoolRunner?

Re: got a bad block at 1B on jasper

You've got the command wrong - you have a big block NAND so:

    Nandpro nandecc.bin: -r64 bb1.bin 1B 8
    Nandpro usb: -w64 bb1.bin FF8
