    Achi ir pro sc

Is there anyone here that has one.

I got mine a couple days ago and the bottom plates are not heating.
I opened it and tested the power.
The power is there and I managed to determine it's when I turn on the botttom plate with the 2 switches on the side the power cuts.
I need somone to take the panel with the switches on it off and take a pic of the wires so I can compare and see if its mis wired.
I dont think the company is open on the weekend so I will have to wait till monday in a worst case

the 2 switches turn off and on the preheater.

you have to set the temp u want the preheater to go to on the front right control pannel

the preheater will not turn on until you're running a profile open you software add new line and put this

0 0 600 then send it to the machine and hit run this will run just the preheater for 10 minutes and the top heater will not turn on at all

OK, I'll have a go. i havent hooked it to the pc yet. The upper runs and heats up on the default profile but the lower dosen't. Didn't realize it has to be hooked to the pc. Will give it a try tomorrow after i put it back togeather.

Still no go. I opened the side panel and probed it. 220 is there on the 2 wires from the bottom but as soon as i throw the 2 switches for the bottom it kills the power and is dead.
the probe shows nada, With the probe on and swithc off it has 220, the second i throw the switch dead.

No dice. Jumped the gun. Relays are both fine. I was in touch with the supplier friday and he said I could open it and have a look so I will see what he has to say tomorrow night

Success... I ended up re seating the thermal wires for the lower and that did it. There was no connection being made. Once i reseated the wires it cam right up.
