many think the dash is draging in production but its not we should be still on schedule for a pre or christmas release.

Perhaps the many that think it's dragging would like to pay for it. Or possibly get off their asses and do better themselves.
Thank you for all the hard work.:D

Ah well you can't please everyone all the time.
The same people would probably complain that it's full of bugs or lacking features if you released it before it's ready.
Would be nice to have before Christmas though. Then I could install it on my son's new machine :)

If its free then it can take as long as it wants for me m8 :)
At least one things for sure, no matter how long it takes it will not be as long or as buggy as any official M$ software :)

I dont remember this happening with any of my retail games. but when im playing a backup middle of a game the dvd drive will spin the disc up just like it does when you first boot a game, is this normal of could this be the start of a dvd drive lens problem reading the disc? thanks.

Re: Mid-Game Boot.
I've never experienced this myself, it could be normal depending on whatever game it is and how they manage the cache if you have a hard drive. It could have already loaded all the game files for that level into the hard drive and is just running them from there, so there is no need to use the disc again until that level is complete. If you aren't having actual reading problems, then I say don't worry about it.
