putting dmi pfi .bin's into .dvd/iso file

Hi, I was wondering if anyone might be able to tell if you cal add pfi and dmi .bin's to a .dvd/.iso file after they have already been merged together with xbox360 ss merger. I am trying to avoid have to re-rip the game to my pc.

If they have already been merged, why would you need to insert them again?

Anyways, I'm pretty sure you can inject over and over again, it will insert those files in the same spot, overwriting what was there.

i sorry i didn't fully explain, I merged the ss.bin and the .iso but not the dmi and pfi files. It is my understanding that these files are needed for stealth mode on xbox live. i can play the games without the files but i don't wanna get banned. thanks for any more info.
