    reflow info needed

    hi everyone

    i just get a repair system its an "AOYUE int 906" all i need to know is if i can use for reflow? if yes someone can tell me how to adjust temperature iīll appreciate any help thx in advance

    It's possible with that kit if I remember correctly the only issue is the analog temp knob. Little more difficult to hit exact temps and customize reflow profile. Don't let this discourage you it is possible just will take a little more effort. What are you using for a preheater?

    There's a lot of good profile information to be found here:

    What you'll find is that profiles must be customized to your equipment and natural environment but the link above gives you a general idea on proper preheating, dwell times, melting points, etc.

    It's a good idea to try to create your own profile and use the ones you have found from that site to a base. If you have a dead board laying around use the profile you have found and poke the gpu to see if it moves showing the solder board has been fully reflowed. Thats when you know what your max temp should be and for how long. That cvx forum has LOTS of knowledge on the procedure I would read as much as I can from there before attempting a reflow on a good board. A test board is a must!
