Status: Offline XBlaster 360, Team Xecuter & Xbox-Modchips.com Mishap
I bought an XBlaster 360 for my XBOX 360 Elite from Xbox-Modchips.com roughly 2 months ago, and I was sent a non-functional unit. I contacted both Xbox-Modchips.com & Team Xecuter ("Xecuter"), who had told me not to worry, that I had a "Full Warranty". (http://www.team-xecuter.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=45764) Since then, now over a month ago, I have received no communications from Xbox-Modchips.com about receiving a replacement nor any communications back from Team Xecuter despite trying to contact them both a few times. A word from the wise to the wise - buy carefully! This whole process has left an extremely "bitter taste in my mouth".

I've got in touch with them.

Do you have the latest ticket id # you opened?

When I spoke to their RMA department they said "giBBs" had responded by giving his address for the unit to be sent in, which was on the 11th.

They are still awaiting stock of the Blaster V2

The email I received from their Support Department had a header that read, "{100-54719} RE: XECUTER BLASTER ISSUES", and the context of the email read, "Alex has responded to your help desk request.

I've since contacted them via email & their web support system but no reply. Also, they never stipulated that I needed to ship this one back first. I was under the impression they would send me a replacement, and then I would ship this faulty unit back in the same box. It doesn't work and I sure don't want or need it. Thanks Modiller.

Where did you contact them again, I want you to be happy with the Xecuter brand along with feeling that they as a shop satisfied you.

I was only told about the 1 ticket - if they had told you it was 2 weeks, that was them estimating - I will personally follow this.

Not to sound like a douche either, but did you read there terms of service?

It isn't anything unreasonable for them to want you to ship the product back first, agree it's defective and send a replacement.

Regardless, like I said previously I will personally follow this and make sure you are happy, just the reality of it is there is no Blaster V2 at their office - they will get them, and are waiting.

EDIT: I was just told that they are expecting stock from a different supplier which should arrive tomorrow.

Thank you for your efforts. I only had the one ticket, which I had created by contacting them via email (first) and then ultimately via their support website by creating the ticket. I definitely agree with you - I have absolutely no heartburn about shipping the old XBlaster 360 back to them first - however, they made no mention of an RMA or anything to that effect. In fact, they left me "hanging", and haven't communicated back with me since that first and only email. I would have definitely shipped this XBlaster 360 back weeks ago in order to get a replacement ASAP. Pretty crappy customer service, but I will deal with it in order to get a replacement. I wouldn't be as quick to order through them again though. Would you please find out what my next step should be (I'm guessing shipping it back, but I don't have an RMA) and I will get right on the ball. Thanks again Modiller.

Ship your package, include your order # and type out a brief description of what's going on. Mention you spoke to Xecuter and Modiller from TX forums and you would like a replacement.

I know you aren't happy - I will do anything I can at this point to make you not only happy with the Xecuter brand but the resellers of it (official or not).

While I can't run around for everybody - you've been very reasonable and haven't gone insane, therefore I have no problem extending my hand to make you happy, or at least satisfied.

Xecuter - I had tried to contact you by posting in the same thread we were discussing the issues in several times previous. I had try to email you directly after 2 days, but I was prompted that you were unobtainable via email. I'm not 100% proficcient in this forum, so there may be some other way of emailing you that I'm not aware of / couldn't search and find. Regardless, I appreciate all of the help both yourself & Modiller have given me. I haven't gotten far with Xbox-Modchips.com at all. I created yet another ticket today in order to find out their shipping address, since they don't advertise it, and they have no tech support phone number. Would you know the address I need to ship this faulty XBlaster 360 to? Also, Modiller told me to ship it back to them letting them know I was in touch with you both, but I had noticed they want me to create an RMA first. What are your / Modiller's suggestions. Thanks again to you both.

I was told gibbs gave you his address on the 11th in the original ticket.

If Gibbs gave you his address, just keep record of your order # and that will be fine, also use a TRACKABLE service such as DHL ground to there address.

Inside the box include a piece of paper with your order # typed on it, return address, and problem. Once again mention you spoke to Xecuter and myself and simply need an Xecuter Blaster V2.
