It's lexan. Paint sticks to it just fine to it. I hear if you are using Plexi, Krylon Fusion spray paint sticks.

Thanks for all the replies. It helped motivate me to design my next 360, and as promised it's a slim. I have decided to run with my Star Trek idea. Here's a preview.

Re: Hundshamer's Case and Utility Mods

After some adjustments to the design, I finally made the cuts.

As for the star in the middle of the starfleet insignia, I'm going to frost the lexan and leave the star clear. Similar to the green dragon 360 in the initial post. I have a clear 92x92x25mm (with the trim cut to fit), 5m of 3528 RGB flexible LED strip, and an IR receiver/remote to change the colors/modes of the lights. Of course the lexan will be lined with LED flex strips, but I am going to line the fan with the same strips. That way the LED color/mode in the windows and fan will match.

Nice one, I see it is the origan from captian Kirk. If i am right it is the ncc1701.

Are you also going to make the Next Generation's ncc1701d?

Re: Hundshamer's Case and Utility Mods

It's Kirk's, but it's not the NCC-1701. It's the NCC-1701A LOL. Granted there's not much difference and you really can't tell by the design (the warp nacelles are different). I also forgot that I've already modded the ROL with blue LEDs with a red debug light (which shine purplish pink because the blue doesn't turn off) and green error light.

I like the green & white one. The green looks mint. Good job on all of them.
