Hi Guyz

Just like to say thanks to team x for their RROD Pro II kit.
It worked a treat!.

Only prob was after installing the kit my 360 would'nt heat up for some reason, it just had the three red lights and as I mentioned it wasn't heating up.

So I just took the mobo out the chasis and losened the heat sink bolts a half turn on both chips and tried again and it started without any red ring. But just to stick to the tut I still left it run without the fan connected for 5 mins and followed the rest of the tut then on.

Peace

Just wondering do I leave the Xclamps on or off? And with the screws do they screw into the heatsink?

Otherwise all is going very well and am delighted with the product.

Xecuter: The instructions give you the step by step on what you have to do :)

Had doubts about this product initially, but thought it was worth a try. After a little over an hour, my dead xbox was working once again.

Excellent product and a very easy to follow guide. Definitely gets a highly recommended from me.

Fantastic product, brought an rrod xbox from ebay, used the kit and guide, worked first time, no need for the 3 lights to turn to two. Only thing i did do wrong was put the cpu heatsink on the wrong way resulting in high fan speeds! DOH .. Stripped it back down and correct this, working great now. Highly recommended!!

I can say this works 10 out of 10 for me as I had 10 xbox360's with this dam error and could not fix them, So payed pips £30 for the parts and left them in my loft!:-(.

THEN found this cool stuff rrod-II, it worked on the 1st so got some more and more and more 9 times and worked! so thank you for doing what microsoft should have done and giving pips like me :-)
