USB HddAlive DL1.0 Plugin

cOz released a new plug-in for Dash Launch 1.0:

What it does:
Every 3.5 minutes a file "alive.bin" will be created, written to and then deleted from the root of your Mass device, this should solve problems with drive enclosures like Story Samsung external USB HDD going to sleep after a few minutes of inactivity.

Dash Launch 1.0 (both patches and xex) required for this plugin to work
