drive not detected

I have my CK3i, X360USB Pro and the PCB replacement board for my slim 0225 Liteon (that is the firmware on the label) and I've been following the guide at http://www.team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67582 the only part that I can't get past is the getting the drive to be recognized...
