nand backup fat32

So... I have not updated switch as read the warning about sx os not booting up after the latest 6.2.0 update. I have a brand new 256 gig sd card. Never used in switch. What’s the best way to back up my nand to a fat32 sd card. I won’t be able to use exfat with out updating which I obviously...
