nand dump fat32

Hello, Can i do a Nand dump in Fat32 format straight from the SX OS. Awaiting my SX Pro and know this is the first thing i need to do. If not what is the best way to complete this- keeping the Nand as clean as possible. Many thanks for any help or advice Nick
