not finalizing

I have a Sony Optiarc 5280 burner and used to use it all the time. Never a problem ever. Now it will not finalize newer or larger image files on imgburn. I dont know what's going on. As of right now I'm using Verbatim Life Series discs. I dont know if thats why but its driving me nuts. Can...
