xbox 360 rgh cygnos nand

Hi, earlier this year my cousin was trying to rgh his Xbox 360 slim (trinity). He accidently spilt solder on some nand legs, then furiously tried to get it off, is there any way to fix this damage? At the moment it won't power on. Also, would it work if I used a Cygnos V2 Rev E and used...
