xbox one ban

Hi guys can anybody help? right i got a xbox one from gumtree in the uk for £150, got it home put tomb raider in and all worked fine. so i wanted to put my gamer ID on it so i did a factory reset now when it gets to the updating screen it says this xbox one is banned, and im stuck at the update...
