I got this console sealed about 3 weeks ago and ran fine, it never had RROD since it was made back in 2006. I flashed it with xell, put jtag wiring in, and booted fine, and the console ran for about a week. Then I tried re flashing stock nand, and i think i left the jtag wiring in. I removed it, flashed stock nand, and still 0020. Then I erased the nand with no jtag wiring, then wrote the stock nand, same thing. Finally I flashed to xell nand, put it jtag wiring, now 0021. Is this my dvd drive or something?

what type of board i forgot to ask

if its xenon lots of people use the 3 330ohm resistor (old) method instead of
the newer diode method.

Clean up the area. Try writing the original nand back with nandx

ignore the soldering its not mine lol but i use this method on xenons that give me grief

but as tivi states clean up your soldering you have alot of overspill on your joints too much solder in places

it looks like two things your holding the iron on the wire too long and getting drag and not enough flux

To be honest, way to many points of potential failure soldering and bridging wise for my taste, but lets narrow it down.

When flashed with STOCK nand and NO wires/qsb´s or diods installed and ALL solder points double and triple checked for any bridges how long does it take to RRoD? 5 seconds, 10-15 or 25-30 seconds ?

Also:

Close ups (and in focus) pictures of the immediate areas where you have soldered on the motherboard. We need to see if you lifted or fried any caps or resistors.

In short it boils down to 3 possible issues for the 0020/0021 when you try it stock with NOTHING soldered in:

1: Bridged solder points
2: Fried/missing components
3: Gpu/ram needs a reflow

Less than 5 sec

I need to add one more point

4: ~5 seconds to RRoD with everything stock and EVERTHING checked might be a blown CPU = a scrap board

I am not 100% sure, but i am leaning towards this, but hoping i am wrong.

You are wrong, there is nothing wrong with the board.

Then why do you have a RRoD if the board is fine?

If the CPU is blown, there is nothing you can do, other then put a new CPU on the board.

But without close up, and in focus pictures, of the areas surrounding the solder points on the board no one can say for sure...

After q-tip fix it took around 10 seconds for rrod

qtip quasi fix as in "put-the-qtips-into-the-fans-so-the-xbox-overheats-and-as-bad-as-the-towel-trick-fix"?!?!

Then stop! You will only damage the box more!!!!!

Is the secondary code the same?

Pictures coming?
