RGH 0022 after about 5-7 sec . cpu reset very fast

hi guys
this time jasper mobo
RGH1
customer said very long boot time and decide to back on Stock .
wrote nanddump.bin and 0022
this time within 5-7 sec and fan noise has reset very very fast .
coolrunner removed and all wires too .
all point are good .
PLL_BYPASS point are good .
R7R17 in board is 10K .
there is contact between top and button of the board on this point .
what you think ?
i know 27 sec 0022 mean dead CPU .
but this console show 0022 fast .

i dont think need pic .
because everything on mobo are perfectly good .
but if you think need pic of solder point i can take .

Pictures are always needed, so are j-runner logs. this could be anything from a bad solder joint/blown cpu to an ldv mismatch.

Sounds like a short to me. Do you have anything still attached to the board at all, nand wires, cr wires? (Pictures would be great)

The resistor tied to CPU_PLL_BYPASS (R7R17) should measure 10K when it is removed from the board (it can not be measured when it is soldered to the board).

I had the same issue... replacing R7R17 fixed mine...

Kinda looks like you have solder bridging across the resistor. I accidentally did that once before, and it wouldn't pulse.

You've probably damaged PLL_BYPASS. This can happen even with R7R17 being ok. Time to replace the CPU.

27 sec to RROD and 7 sec is same?

Yes pretty much the same. On slow case its a time out error, meaning cpu is not responding, thus smc resets due to timeout. On fast one smc doesnt wait cos it doesnt ack at all.
