I try to do RGH but not work!
- Dump nand -r64 orig1.bin
- Dump nand -r64 orig2.bin
- Compare it and no difference
- Create .eec file with multibuilder 0.81
- Write image_00000000.ecc (+w64)
- Installs rgh chip
- Open Xbox360 (not boot Xell)
- Write stock nand (orig1.bin or orig2.bin) (-w64) back and get error 0022 on Xbox360

I found orig1.bin have bad block from 360 Flash Dump tool 0.97.

orig1.bin here

Can I solve this problem?

Thanks

Hi,

you don't mention writing the correct file to the Coolrunner. Also if you have the Coolrunner set to PROG you should be fine with the stock NAND.

When I was doing my RGH I read and read again Martin C's excellent Roadmap for Noobs, all the best info and advice is contained there.

Hope this helps,

Pics of wiring and more tetails are helpfull, so its very difficult for us to help you without your details.

CR switch from Prog to Nor? Cold soldering points? There are many possibilities

My slim would not boot into a retail nand. It errored. Switching it to prg allowed booting. Or flashing a hacked image.

I don't think its possible yo glitch into retail nand. Cause the smc doesn't keep retrying if failed like hacked images do.

Its a certain number of retries/ time frame. So if you have a fast glitching xbox, it will glitch stock nand fine.
