A little update for you guys so what I was told was it was my iron causing my issues so I was using a 2 prong iron and basically what would happen is the tip of the iron would send down amps through the board and everytime i would hook it up to power I would start hearing sizzling. Now somehow this board didn't get fried and like I said before after uninstalling everything and cleaning everything up it booted fine. So in my mind I just said f**k it and stupidly tried another board which was my main console.. used the same method and I was thoroughly impressed with my soldering but near the end it started making that sizzling noise again like I was cooking bacon on that bitch lol. And yup that one got fried so it wouldn't turn on or anything no matter what I did. So I ended up taking the first console back to gamestop getting another Jasper. So I ordered a cheap 3 prong RadioShack 15w grounded iron (my other one was 60w) and I didn't have any problems at all. Boot times are instant everytime. I even installed Blue leds (my first time ever) with no issues. Was forsure a Bitch considering how damn small they are but I got it done. At the end sadly I lost my main console but other than that I got a fully functional rgh now so it's whatever. Thank you everyone for the help though I highly appreciate it!
