LITEON 0225 0225 Dirty disc errors with tx pcb

Okay this is my first ever problem with flashing. Been trying for hours to get this sorted so need some help/advice.

After installing lt 1.9 cfw every game (backups and originals) start up okay but then after a while give dirty disc error.

Im using the correct 0225 cfw (straight up 0225 not mislabelled 9504). The only slight thing I guess is I flashed with sata. Had to use JF 1.84 as 1.85 locks up with sata. I used 1.85 at the end to lock the drive. Having said that all apeared fine.

The laser ribbon etc was not connected at the time of flashing.

All my backups are verbatims and have been tested all okay on another xbox.

I have already tried a reflash which went fine but problem still exists.

Only thing I can think of is if the replacement pcb is not quite powering the laser the same and a pot tweak is in order?

Any help/advice apreciated.

do you have a hdd ?
if so can you burn the games 100% to the hdd ?

Yes mate I do missed that out however still get the same error when installing to hdd.

Going to reinstall the original PCB and see if my originals work first to try and eliminate a dodgy laser.

I have the same problem with my liteon 0225 with replacement pcb :/
xbox has latest firmware, drive is on lt plus 1.92, flashed with jf 0.1.87 and 360usb
doesn't read backups nor install on HD:'(

Had same problem! Got unrecognized disc with burned but it read sometimes the originals.. Ended up that i ordered a new laser... :/
