0225 drive froze during write, no flash chip properties after vendor mode

I recently Kamikaze'd a lite-on slim 0225, I am using my sata chipset at the moment which a jmicron 36x ( suppose to work ) I used a template and a drill and drilled until I got a status change ( which was 0xff then I stopped, waited a second and drilled a tiny tiny bit to get 0x00..

So I got the drive unlocked and then read the drive and got the dummy.bin, (I did this before I kamikaze'd the drive also.. So I tried to write the firmware to the drive and it froze in the process and so I had to turn off the drive because I had no other choice.

Now I get No drive detected in jungleflasher.. Also I was able to get it into vendor mode using mxp01 with a ground to pin, but when I am in vendor mode I get no flash chip properties so I can't flash or erase.. Since I read the dummy firmware after the kamikaze wouldnt the chip be fine..

Any help would be appreciated because I am stumped..

also the drive is still 0x00 when put into vendor mode

I bought one, its on the way, but would that solve the flash chip properties issue? only reason I didn't is because so many people said my jmicron was fine..

Btw, I support TX I have done about 30 RGH with cool Runners

Would that solve the flash chip properties issue? You think the drive is still ok?

well i say that cosi had a fat liteon with same problem with my via card with drivers removed etc i thought it was totaly gone and stuck it in a cupboard then a few month after wen i got my x360usb i managed to get i

Were you successful flashing other drives with this via card? Did you get no flash chip properties also after the freeze on the write?

If I can get it into vendor mode and its showing no flash chip properties.. I just don't know how a x360usbpro would fix that.. hmm

yep same thing i flashed a few other drives including liteon, try load ur source firmware in then intro
