I'm new and flashed my unlocked pcb today for the first time, did you should hit the Outro / ATA Reset button a few times - this solves the "Open Tray Error")

I have a problem that has nothing to do with this thread, but that's a whole other story lol
@OP - just double check your connection of the wires in the connection block...maybe check continuity....also - does it eject when out of the xbox (i.e. when using a ck3)? or when using a controller?

When you re-assembled the drive what way were the wires that connect from PCB to no solder board positioned? Were they under the black housing or between the black housing and the case. Some people have left the wires above the black plastic and when they replace the case it clamps the wires and can cause problems like no eject or constant ejecting.

Im using the original 0401 PCB board so i havn't touchany cables.

So i have removed the back and top case of the drive and i can now see what the problem is. When i open tray place a game in then close the tray the laser is moving but the motor to spin the disk is not. So basically the disk is not spinning.

Any ideas or you reckon i need a replacement board?

Cheers
