The first key (7A80641962D73A63A20A7B9xxxxxxxxx) was from his dummy, which looks alright..

The second key (D53B9CA4511C9BCFA5C31123166A5829) was from LT+.. Jungleflasher shows this key when loading the firmware here also..

The log shows key was copied from source to target, so everything looks alright..

You dont need to put the original PCB back in the drive and solder the wires in order to pull the key.. Just connect it to a CK3 and voila..

Anyhow, if it was a key-problem.. Wouldnt it show "Play-DVD" instead of open tray?

hmm strange one this is as i personally use the tx unlocked pcb in my 0225 and didnt and dont have any problems, can you double check your laser ribbon cable is inserted and also if you are using a new laser have you removed the safety solder ball for the laser to work?

So you extracted the key again from the original pcb and flashed it to the tx pcb ? correct ? and your still getting the same problem ?
so to eliminate problems:
it was originally a 0225 (it wasnt 9504 on drive case but JF said 0225? )
you have connected the wires correctly in order ?
you have tried to extract key from original & flashed with JF1.84?

Reflash your tx pcb with JF1.84 and not JF1.85

If all that fails, put the original back on and see if it plays the games. If it does its def got something youve done to the TX pcb

Is the 0225 a MXIC or a WINBOND?

Im from Worksop (Nottinghamshire) I am using x360usbpro, reason for trying the jugleflasher1.84 is that it was recomended to me to flash the tx board using 1.84 and not v1.85
