My friend has a liteon 0251.When he tried to flash it the drive beginned to smoke, so he unplug it.When he reconnected it, it didn't open.What to do???

He's burned out one of the resistors as he probably had it plugged in upside-down.

Apologies. In which case, the chip itself may be damaged. You'll probably need to replace the PCB.
