Hello everyone,
i know the eject error on kamikaze's are very common but mine is a bit different.
I have done already around 10 kamikazes (drill), all working ok.
-This 0401 ejects and spins normally.
-Usually boots originals and backup games.
But after a few minutes the central light starts blinking, like the drive is ejecting but its not. And if i try to eject it, it just makes the sound but no eject.
I need to disconnect the power, wait a couple of minutes, and then almost always it works again.
- I can eject it on dash many times as i want with no problems. But if i eject it playing a game it stops working. Just blinks but does not eject.
-I flashed it with LT+1.92, 1.91, stock, all the same symptoms.
- I also try the Pout Fix, even tough is not really for my problem but it doesn't hurt to try right? With a 52ohm resistor it would eject very very fast, with a 62ohm it ejects at normal speed but same thing happen.
Does anybody has any ideas, at all?
I searched for an outside connection to restore the unknown tray i may have cut but that's pretty impossible.
Do not have the skills for taking the chip apart and soldering another one, so the alternative is buying a new pcb. I would like to try anything possible before that happens.
sorry for my english.
Thank you for reading
