hi,
last week i used abgx360 to check if my dead island is xgd3 oder xgd2. i got this error:

Error reading Layer Boundary Information (INVALID FIELD IN CDB)
There are 3 possibilities...

1. This isn't a DVD+R DL disc
2. This DVD drive simply doesn't support checking the layerbreak (try using a different drive or add the option --skiplb to hide this message)
3. The drive has gone nuts and needs to be reset or replace

so i thought its xgd3...
today i backuped dead island and i only got an .iso with a size of 7,654gb.
also let it run through abgx:

You didn't mention what firmware version you are using to rip your backups and was it the same one you used before or the latest version?

Dead Island is XGD2, check your ABGX settings (Level 3 patching) and try again.

i used the new 0800 v3 firmware(liteon) to backup the game. for the abgx360 check i used my shd163b with kreon flash ...
my problem is, why abgx failes by checking the original disc, but when checking the ripped iso, there is no issue?
did i backup my disc wrong?

the problem is that abgx cant check original disc. only backups.
