he started 3 threads with similar topics...he wants to just use NXE not FSD ..he had a NTSC console but wanted to run PAL games off disc, and couldn't get it to install from disc ...

Yes,
i have NTSC console,
now i changed to PAL, to
be able to install from NXE [the right way] game.
But now NTSC games can only be played from NXE.
So my target is to create RGH console which can install any region game.
I saw that patching to DEV clears all the KeyVault, and i am not ready to try this now,
but i will later.
