1.6 board and 2.6 chip constant frag

hi,

at first I used the pcb rebuild and couldnt get the chip working as it fragged when switched on however I could switch off and boot as normal.

I removed the board as this was to fiddly and I couldnt see the solder points.

I have done the wire install but the box now frags when chip on or off.

I have checked everything and seems ok to my knowledge.

Is there one area I should be checking here?

When you've hit the point of the box not working with mod on or off it is usually time to stop working on getting the mod working (unless you know why it doesn't boot off) and start backing up to where the Xbox still works as a plain Xbox. Check for solder splashes/bridged points, lifted traces or any other damage to the mobo. Remove the LPC rebuild and see if the box boots normally.
