1.6 EEPROM Location?

Anyone?

I've read all the tutorials out there, and they all seem to be ripoffs of the one on Xbox scene. All the pics are the same, and none of them look like my 1.6 mobo.

Am I just blind, or is the EEPROM in a different location on the 1.6 mobo?

It sits in front of the LPC (Topside) marked U7D1 (Atmel 24C02N)

Thats good news mmicrosysm, I was speaking to a guy who repairs xbox's also and he toldme that the 1.6's had no physical eeprom chip... don't know why i belived him actually. Oh well. Good to know.
