1.6 flash problem ...please read

Ok, I followed the flashbios 3.0.3 tutorial (hoping its the same as 3.0.1)
anyway, i burned exactly the same way as the tutorial, and then when i go to flash the chip, (after selecting the "flash from disk" option)
then it pops up..... no bios found .. halting

i made first bank flashbios
i made second bank m8+16

burn with nero

try to flash

please give me any ideas you have, because ive tried everything...
is there any other bios's that will work with 1.6 xbox?

i used a memorex cd-rw high speed...
