1.6 flashing problems

Hey guys I just installed an X3 in my friends 1.6 xbox, (not 1.6b) and what i did was turn on the first two switches, last 3 off. i got flashbios 3.0.1 to boot up, used HTTP to flash X3_3294v16plus.bin and it went successfully. yet when i turned the xbox still on, it stayed on for 1 sec then turned off, then on and off about 2 more times until i got FRAG. Any ideas on what I did wrong?

update: i was incorrect about saying it turned on and off, all it does is flash on for about 1 sec and just turn off completely. any ideas?

So is it fragging or not? if it's working before you flashed with x3_3294 then check pins 13 & 14 and resolder if necessary because these pins are used by x3 bios.
