Hey guys, I've posted once before but no one has responded and I really do need some help here. I had the same little blank screen problem everyone's been having lately except my regular M$ dash wont come on. Besides that I have noticed to areas on my vr. 1.6 motherboard that don't seem to coincide with several pictures of the boards on this and other websites. All I want to know is if someone can tell me if I need the parts on my board or if it doesn't matter. If they were once there the only thing I could think of is I may have been taking up solder and sucked it up or something (eventhough I wasn't anywhere near 1 of these). Look at the pictures below and notice what is circled. In the diagrams I've see the two points in both of the circles are always joined by some small resistor. If anyone can give me guidance, please let me know. I've also posted my solder job on the LPC rebuild if anyone wants to make any comments on it. I have modded about 25 xboxes and never had problems! Picture 1: Look right under "R7R3" --> very thin red circle. There are burn spots around the two points because I was trying to connect them at one point.
Picture 2: Look on top of "R7P4" --> specifically right above the 7P. This might be more critical as I could have removed something on accident and this is having to do with d0.
Picture 3 just shows the solder job.
