1.6 works fine for 30, 60, 90 minutes -then FRAGs - Help !

Hello,

I am trying like mad to fix a problem I am having with a modded box I want to give for XMas ... Please help me !!!

The console works normally (modded) for a half nour, one hour or more and then the screen goes blank and the console freezes. The console won't respond to pings, won't be reachable over IP, won't respond to local commands.

Once powered off and then powered back on, the console will FRAG.

With the chip disabled, the console functions properly before and after.

If I try to boot with the chip enabled but in "safe" mode, the console will FRAG.

If I leave the console alone overnight/until the next day and try to re-start it, it works fine for another 30, 60, ... minutes and the freezes.

I have checked and re-checked my install. Re-soldered everything, etc. I am using the header pin install with the rebuild board on a version 1.6.

What's going on ? What can/should I do ?

check to see if the fan is still pluged in / turn the speed up on the fan via the x3 bios

lost my keys for my LT

i lost my key for my liteon, had them on a usb stick and for the life of me i cant find it (tore the whole house apart) what can i do now guys so i can go to LT plus? :?:

LiteOn with LT on it will require MRA to obtain fw!
break out the craft knife and soldering iron!

Unless! you used JF to flash last time on the same pc!
(It may have the key stored in the key database)

its 838 model so i still have to open it up? do you have a link on how to do this?

i used the same computer but i have reinstalled windows since then.

i tried to get it into vendor mode.
wouldn't go shut it off and tried again and now the drive wont open.
blaster ck3 hooked up when i shut off the blaster the unit flashes and then i get an e64 error.
when it is in PC mode no error but i cant open the tray and it wont recognize the drive now.

send device intro to the correct port and then power cycle the drive
