1.6 Xbox 2.6 chip fragging

i checked all of mysolder points and flashed the chip with flashbios 3.1 on banks 1 & 2 and i put evox m8+16 on banks 3 & 4, still she fraggs out.

on the 1.6 rebuild the shortest connection, to bridge..is there another connection i can put that bridge on? I hay have burned off the metal and im trying to solder it by sheer luck

Updating Backups

Are Game Updates stored on the HD? If so could I just update my games on a normal xbox then put the HD back into my modded console?

I ask because the http://www.elitemodscene.com/gamedb/ doesn't have alot of games in it. I can't find Arkham Asylum or Crackdown 2 so far.

Any help will be appreciated.
