1.6 XBOX, use FlashBIOS 3.01 or 3.03 for backup?

Hi, i was just looking at the 'Team Xecuter - Downloads' section and im not sure what bios i should have used for the 256k backup bank.

The description for FlashBIOS 3.01 says:
Utility for updating your X2 or X3 mod with another Bios. Works on all versions except v1.6b

And the description for FlashBIOS 3.03 says:
Legal utility for updating your X2 or X3 mod with another Bios. Works on all versions except v1.6

Is that a typo for 3.03's description, or doesn't that bios really work with any 1.6?
