1.6b Flash Question

Ok here's a concern. I just ordered an X3 a few days ago which is on its way. I also just ordered a regular Xbox from a local retailer and it will be ready for pickup on Weds. I'm wondering, since its a new XBOX I might end up with a 1.6b and I'm worried that the FlashBIOS version flashed on the X3 I ordered may be a version before v3.02 that doesn't support the 1.6b.

I was wondering if this all happens, is there anyway I can flash the X3 with the new v3.03 or am I in trouble because once installed I wont be able to navigate the bios at all.

Any help would be appreciated - and yes I'm new at all this but I researched as much as possible.

Just installed a X3 chip in 1.6b now, and I have no picture only when I boot in disable mode

So I assume I have old Flashbios installed in the chip, what todo now?

Wave 3's On iXtreme LT

i have pes 2010 and rockband 2 which are wave 3 games can i play them online with ixtreme lt or do i have to patch them with splitvid and ss2?

braveheart43 i know that your a moderator in this forum but wouldnt it have been easier to give the correct answer rather than the answer you gave.
I think alot of people including myself would like to know the answer to this question to save us posting ourselves.

The answer you gave helps no one and it does not help this forum.

You won't be banned I can tell you that right away. You can only be asked the same question and given the same answer so many times before you start to get annoyed and start resorting to humorous jabs. That's all that was. Yes you have to use split vid/ss2 and if it's not patched you've got some extra burning to do.

What im was getting at why bother to answer at all if he cannot be botherd to give the correct info.
I know how annoying it can get but me personally i would not give an answer at all unless i was answering the question correctly.

Yes you have to use split vid/ss2 and if it's not patched you've got some extra burning to do.

Thats the answer so yes you will have to reburn all previous games so they now use split vid/ss2
All my games are stealthed so will have to reburn all mine the same.

If you even read the announcement about the firmware, read the .nfo that came with the firmware pack, or opened one of a number of threads already posted on this forum, you would've had your answer. Learn to read before making new posts. GG braveheart.
