11min Long delay "Xecuter Rox My Box"

Here's the story, I had noticed that a new bios version had came out(3294) and I wanted to flash it to my x3 so that i could take advantage of the new tweaks. I have had my x3 for about a year now and only had bios version 1959 flash to it.
So i first flashed it to my friends factory fresh x3 and it worked flawlessly. I figured why not upgrade myself to a newer version.
Here's the problem, when i flashed 3294 bios to my x3 it acted like it was frozzen on the "Xecuter Rox My Box" screen. So pissed as hell i started looking in the fourums on trying to find others that have the same problem, but after about 10-15min the x3 config screen appeared and i figured hey maybe it fixed itself. When i restarted it did the same thing and delayed 11min28sec before going to the x3 config screen. So figuring that the bios was not compatable i went back to the old bios but to my dismay it still delayed.

Please help me...
PM if you need more information on the situation.

The Text Documents that come with the Bios are
Changelog.txt
Scriptlanguage_doc.txt
Skinsreadme.txt
I could not find any information in reseting the X3 Please elaborate with instructions.
**Unless you are refering to reseting the X3 Config to Defaults, I have done that already**

Taken from the changelog.txt file:

[3294]
- fixed: Forgot to remove some lframe stuff in 3293, this is now completely removed again (should fix reboot
issues in evox and xbmc)
- fixed: Removed vga stuff again, found the problems (YUV instead of RGB) but will be re-added and working fully
on ALL Xbox versions shortly - thanks for those who gave feedback on our last build - the results were as expected.
- notes: MAKE SURE YOU RESET THE X3 TO DEFAULT SETTINGS BEFORE USING - OR SOME THINGS LIKE BOOT FROM DISC WONT WORK
- notes: Support thread - http://www.teamxecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32144

Is there a way to reset the chips bios once it is flashed, without the use of extra hardware ? Can you start from the start again or is it there permanently.

Can you ever boot from disk if you screwed up and didnt reset straight away ?

Have I crossed the point of no return ?

If you have a 1.0 - 1.6 Xbox, then just boot the Backup BIOS. This is what it's for!

1.6b owners should be reflashing their backup ROM with 3.0.3 as soon as they get into X3CL. They will have the same functionality after this.

I have used the backup bios and reflashed. But still the same problem. Must be a install problem... The box hangs on startup. (Rox my Box screen).

Did you put a password into X3 Config Live at any point?
The Newer X3 Bios has a password bug that will cause the screen to freeze at the Rox My Box screen
