just a quick question opened up my case today and turned it on to find that only 1 of the two fans in the back of the case was running??? remover the fans and tested with a 12v supply and found that they both worked? any ideas? is this right? i know they build up speed and slow down when needed but dont they both do this? any help would be nice thanks
