16547 trinity with rev c question

I have written the xell image on to xbox and soldered it all up but both red and green led on the CR rev c light up with the power connected... I noticed that on a rjtag it didn't turn on until it was actually powered on. I also have the multi cap add on with the rev c.

Is this how the lights should react when power is connected but not turned on? didn't want to turn it on and have something happen due to me being eager to get the cpu key lol

Any info would be appreciated

As Scott says if you are getting both green and red light on with the Rev C Coolrunner then you have not programmed it and is blank.

I have not programmed it it is a brand new cr chip... Ok so both lights on a new chip is normal cool, so once i try booting with it into xell and get the cpu and write the glitched nand then it will pulse?

u need to program the chip before you can glitch into xell.
