I have a trinity with a 16d4s liteon 0225. I don't have an original firmware dump and need to build a firmware from the files. Problem is, I only see the LTU firmware for the 16d5s...are there two separate firmwares for each drive revision? I keep getting the "this is not liteon firmware" error message when I try to write.

you will need LTU2 0225 if you are using LTU2 ,do you have the latest FW pack? Or are you using a replacement pcb 1.1 /or ltu1 etc?

Ok I got the firmware built successfully with LTU2 0225 and it flashed to the pcb but now I keep getting open tray errors and I know it's not the laser because I tried a brand new drive and it still does it.
