I tired to do a r-jtag and couldn't boot to xell so i went over the solder again to make sure it's connected but the console isn't responding anymore. The red LED on the CR4 lights up but the power led doesn't come on if i press power or eject. My JR-Programmer 2 can't read/write the nand either anymore.

Poor soldering, desolder all and clean up it with ipa, desolder braid will be helpful and flux use flux couse its looks like u dont, or give it to pro installer to fix

Check for damage around the Southbridge (long side of the JRP QSB). Damage there will cause behavior like this. I'm also guessing that you can no longer read the NAND.

The actual south bridge looks fine, and i can't r/w the nand anymore since the console stopped being able to turn on. I'm going to the store to get braid now, i have a xell image flashed so i don't think it'll boot retail, it should just rrod without a chip, correct?

I'd lay money on damage to the Southbridge point. Check with a multimeter. The resistor should read 33 ohms from the Southbridge side to the point on the QSB. If you don't get a reading then the resistor is damaged or the trace is.

Yes. it sure looks to me as if the trace is missing between that point and the resistor on the motherboard.

I think krafter is correct. you need to do a continuity test from r1 point on the QSB to the resistor right next to it. (these 2 pointsregfix01.jpg) I'm not 100% positive but from the lighting in the picture it doe look like the trace between the 2 points is gone.
