I made this before ben made his also mine is made from aluminium not crappy plastic, and mine is around 30% thinner and most likely lighter. So i think he based his design from mine.
Yeh it would look really nice and i could possible do it but the keyboard would be off centre and when i see a keyboard in my head i see it being nice and centre

Ben Heck has been doing xbox 360 in laptop cases for years. Since the xbox 360 first came out.... The one posted is his latest design.
i know mate i saw his video on his channel a few months after i did mine he has allways used stock with the slim design he made before and modded pc monitors which made his way to big and not portable so i decided i wanted mine thinner and more portable, his do look gud but there way to expensive and not very portable even that new one he did based from my design of removing the stock fan and putting fans inside is still too big compared to mine which is due to using lots of plastic, but it is still upto your own taste. all im saying is i did not base this xbox laptop on his design more like he may have based his on mine. thanks for the comments guys!
Im not being funny but how can Ben Heck base his design on yours? Just because he has removed the fans and replaced them with other fans like you have? How would he copy your design? Is it posted elsewhere? Also that one that was linked to was first prototyped in september last year.

Well it pisses me off wen people think that i copyed his coz he is well known, and yes as i had a video up showing my 17" case and a 23" case i made for a customer in may last year ide say he had plenty of time to have a look at the concept and i could post the 23" case finnished by the customer in june here aswell if u would like proof? And yes u clearly are getting at me and i only said may have becuase he is a great modder who made the 1st ever xbox laptop so ha may have had a look at mine or may not have but i deffo didnt copy his is all i am saying.

All the xbox laptops look simlar. Just check youtube for all the "variations" many simularities...
Very nice mod all the same, Shame you have to use vinyl wrap on it though, a nice gloss finish with no visable fold or cut marks would be nice. (Either that or the video doesnt do it justice)
